Today I venture out to my first yoga class at the Fredericksburg Healing Arts & Yoga Center to immerse myself in the yoga culture of this area. I’m not sure quite what to expect but I can’t wait. It’s a yoga I/III class so chances are, I won’t know all the asanas. But I go with an open mind and smiling heart, ready for what life brings.
